Walk-in down right now? Call 877-432-2653, or pick your region for your dealer’s direct line. If you want the first-hours plan – the clock, the kit, wet ice versus dry – it’s here: It’s 9 PM on a Friday and Your Walk-In Just Died. This page is about getting a trailer to your door.
What happens when you call
- You tell us what you’ve got – what’s in the box, how much, refrigerated or frozen, and where a trailer could park. That’s the whole conversation.
- We tell you straight what we can do. Same-day delivery in most of our markets. If we can’t reach you today, you hear it on the phone, not after you’ve waited.
- The trailer arrives, we set it up, you plug it in. You never tow anything. Our dealer delivers, positions the unit, and picks it up when you’re done – day to day, or month to month if the repair stretches out.
What we need from you
A place to park a trailer, and power: a standard 110V outlet — dedicated 20-amp circuit, no GFCI. Not sure if your site has one? Call us and we’ll help you check. We supply the necessary 50′, 10-gauge, 110-volt extension cord with every rental and can provide more if needed. No fuel, no gas engine. If your site has no power at all, we rent generators as well — tell us on the call. The full explanation — what dedicated and non-GFCI mean, cord length limits, and generator sizing — is in the power section of our Festival Vendor Cold Storage Guide and on our FAQ page.
Refrigerator, freezer, or both
Our units can be set anywhere between 36°F and -4°F — refrigerator or freezer, your call. Our Dual Temp trailers have two separate compartments that can be set to different temperatures in that same range, and the interior wall slides if you need more freezer space than refrigerator space. Sizes are 5-, 8-, and 12-foot; the 8-foot covers most restaurant and catering loads, the 12-foot is for the big jobs. Not sure? Tell us what you’re holding and we’ll size it on the phone, or run the Cooler Space Calculator in two minutes.
Hospitals, pharmacies, and anything with a cold chain
We’ve supported hospital kitchen operations, research specimen storage, and medication cold-chain backup, and we refrigerated Moderna vaccine for the Corpus Christi vaccine super-site. We understand HACCP temperature requirements and can document delivery temperatures on request.
Storm season
When a hurricane is in the forecast, every business with a freezer full of inventory needs cold storage staged before landfall, not after. Call early – when a storm’s in the forecast, units go faster than gas-station ice.
Where we are
Dealers in 13 metros across six states – Texas, California, Colorado, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana – running all-electric trailers we build ourselves in Corpus Christi, Texas. Pick your region for the direct line.
Questions people ask us in an emergency
Can you really get here today?
Usually, where we have a dealer nearby. Call and we’ll tell you straight – better “tomorrow morning” on the phone than “sorry” at your back door.
Do I need to do anything to my building?
No permanent installation. What the trailer needs is a standard 110V outlet — dedicated 20-amp circuit, no GFCI — within cord reach of where it parks. Not sure if you have one? Call us and we’ll help you check.
Is the inside food-safe?
Yes. Interior panels are designed for easy cleaning and sanitation.
