Denver DPHE holds cold TCS food at 41°F or less (or 135°F+ hot) under Colorado’s retail food code (6 CCR 1010-2 §3-501.16(A)), on a 14-consecutive-day temporary license. The local catch: Denver requires a full Affidavit of Commissary, and a mobile food unit can’t use a temporary license at all — that’s a full mobile license with up to a six-week lead time in busy season. Our standard minimum is 1 day. Most rentals are 1–3 days for events. Longer-term rentals available — call to discuss.
What power does the trailer require?
A standard 110V outlet — dedicated 20-amp circuit, no GFCI. Not sure if your venue or job site has one? Call us and we’ll help you check.
Do I have to tow or pick up the trailer?
No. Our trailers are delivered to your location and stay on-site for the duration of your rental — customers do not tow or transport them.
Can your trailers handle Denver's summer heat and altitude?
Absolutely. Our trailers hold refrigerator and freezer temperatures even when a Mile-High summer afternoon pushes toward 100°F. Altitude doesn’t affect performance — we’ve delivered and kept cold through Denver’s hottest event weekends.
